Collection of installment's and issue of receipts for the payments.
2) Development
of the layout as per the approval of the Competent Authorities like
VUDA-VSKP., (Visakha Urban Development Authority) HUDA-HYD., (Hyderabad
Urban Development and Authority DTP (Director of Town Planning)
3) Provision
of amenities like Roads, Drainage's, Drinking water, Plantation
and Electrification.
4) Registration
of allotted plots after the completion of developments in all respects
and handing over the developed plots to the customers on scheduled
date.
5) Any
service that may arise from time to time depending upon the customers'
requirements during the payment schedule as well as after registration. |
